What are the terms of the O2 refer a friend offer?

A "Qualifying Purchase" is the purchase of a new or like new phones, tablets and mobile broadband on O2 Refresh using the referral link only, excluding cash-only device purchases. Purchases made in store or via third party sellers such as Carphone Warehouse do not qualify. Purchases that are returned during the Change of Mind period or otherwise disconnected or in arrears do not qualify. Any Friends and/or Referrers suspected of fraud will also be disqualified. O2 reserves the right to withdraw or amend the Offer at any time, without notice and / or to substitute the Referral Bonus for an alternative of equal or greater value. The Offer is governed by English law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of English courts.
